This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and Alina London Limited trading as Alina’s Closet, the owner(s) of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange it with something else. We do not offer refunds. Leather items, gowns and sale items are final sale. Online store credits will be available for 6 months only.

Please do not return any items to us before informing us at info@alinacouture.com.

Products must be returned to us within 10 days in the original condition and in the original packaging. If the return tags are taken off, we will return the package back to you and consider it final sale.

Please be aware that the shipment costs to send back goods will be your responsibility. When returning an item, please make sure you have your item tracked and ensured. If you exceeded the 10 days return period, we will not accept any returns. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged item(s); hence we will not grant any store credit or exchange.

You must inform us via info@alinacouture.com once you shipped back the item(s) and provide us with the tracking number.

Once we receive the package and inspected it carefully, we will confirm the store credit or exchange for you within 48hrs.

Alina London items & Bespoke orders
All clothing items manufactured by Alina London Limited, hereby referred to by name or as “we”, “us” and “our”, are carefully made in our ateliers in London to ensure the best possible quality control.

Product orders and bespoke orders accepted by Alina’s Closet are final. You may not cancel this agreement at any time.

Each bespoke piece is made-to-order and as a result of this we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Product orders and bespoke orders accepted by Alina’s Closet are final. You may not cancel this agreement at any time.
We endeavour to make you most happy with your made-to-order item. You are allowed to return products to get them resized.  We offer one alteration only. All return deliver costs must be covered by the customer. If you are unsure about sizing please email info@alinacouture.com before placing an order.

If a product is deemed faulty or damaged during the delivery process, you must inform us in writing, within seven working days of delivery of your item(s). Please email info@alinacouture.com before returning any products. In the rare case of any item being faulty upon delivery a product exchange will be offered. If you do not email us within 7 days, we shall no longer bear liability to you for the products.

REFUNDING THE DELIVERY CHARGE

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of these Alina’s Closet web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Alina London Limited. By accessing Alina’s Closet web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these Alina’s Closet web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Alina London Limited.

VALIDITY

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and you will be advise of any price variations prior to shipment and will have the right to cancel your order.

BESPOKE ORDERS

Before placing the order, you will be asked to provide specific measurements as instructed by our atelier team so that there is no place for error or miscommunication. Second, we will deliver to you a fabric sample, so that you can confirm if you are happy with the colour and nature of the fabric.

Once everything is confirmed, we will proceed to making the bespoke item which will be delivered within 2 weeks including shipping time.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Most Alina London dresses will be available in sizes XS, S and M. For any Large size, please email us at info@alinacouture.com. Delivery frame for each ordered item will be 1-2 weeks, depending on the style.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER

When you have completed the order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior to dispatching. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and Postage and Packaging), delivery and invoice details.

If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please note that when you place an order on the site, Alina’s Closet will acknowledge it, but reserve the right to notify you if the price has been incorrectly featured, and amend the charge to you accordingly. Should you not wish to proceed with the transaction at the new price your order will be cancelled, and you will incur no charge. 

PAYMENT

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Statutory Rights. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with third parties.

FORCE MAJEURE

Alina’s Closet shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection Act (Distance Selling Regulations), if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale, our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost.

SAFE SHOPPING

Alina’s Closet places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data.

All the data that you send through, including your credit/debit card number, name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore, in the extremely unlikelihood that the data should be intercepted, it would be encrypted and difficult to decipher.

INVALIDITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts between you and Alina London Limited T/A Alina’s Closet shall be governed by English Law and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
